There are two good reasons to choose the Sportster Windshield. Firstly, the exposed speedometer case of the production version does not look very appealing. Secondly, it is difficult to read the instrument at certain light incidences.
That’s why Rick’s Motorcycles have developed a small windshield, behind which you can hide the OEM speedometer, and which also functions as a glare shield from unwanted light incidences.
