Rick Rod is the name of the conversion kit for Touring models from model year 2014 onwards.
The conversion kit consists of a stretched fender and two cases which are curved towards the back, which follow the lines of the new wheel cover. The parts are made from high-quality GFRP and distinguish themselves through excellent stability and fit.
The rear fender was designed so that the curved shape is 4.2 inches longer towards the bottom and 8 inches longer towards the rear than the stock version. The CVO rear lights fit into the recesses.
The curved shape of the GFRP cases was also pulled 4.2 inches towards the bottom and further 8 inches to the rear. On the inside a high-quality felt material ensures that scratch sensitive pieces of luggage remain unharmed and on an uneven surface no unwanted noises appear. An additional shelf helps to keep order and makes even the remotest corner usable.
For installation, the original cover and fixing material have to be re-used.
