Form and function are united in Rick’s wheels: by far exceeding their function as pure “wheel holders”, Rick’s design wheels determine the look of the motorcycle and also improve ride performance. For building custom bikes, making wheels in several parts is revolutionary: a filigree look, robust in use, they offer an affordable option for several tire widths. The well known aluminium forged wheels from Rick’s are state-of-the-art, made in motorcycle norms and of course come with certificate.The basis for all components is forged aluminium plate material, which is machined on CNC-machines into the correct custom design. The rounds for the rings are cold-formed under high pressure, which is called forging.

The material density which is thus created has several advantages: no interruption of material grain direction, no pores or vacuum pockets as with other procedures, e.g. casting, are created, and a very good surface quality when polishing. Because of the high tensile strength of the material, with Rick’s wheels from 15” to 21” also unusual and filigree designs up to a width of 12.5” are possible. All rims can be supplied raw, polished or powder-coated. Numerous combinations are possible: a coloured, powder-coated inner piece with polished rings, painted rims with polished inner part – there are no limits to your imagination…
