At Rick’s Motorcycles, up to 240 mm tire widths are mounted on Sportster models. In addition to widening the OE swingarm, the belt drive also has to be relocated to the outside in order to be able to guide same past the wider tire. For this reason, a tooth kit was developed in Baden-Baden for Sportsters, which not only relocates the belt, but is also a visual improvement.

The kit consists of a tooth pulley, the pulley cover and a new cover.

The 29-tooth pulley comes with an offset of either 13, 17 or 24 mm, and, typical for Rick’s, the pulley cover also looks good. Black anodized aluminium and blank, sanded surfaces together with visible screws give a technical, sporty look. The new cover for these mechanical parts fits perfectly onto the Sportster housing and is offered in either untreated aluminium or with a black powder-coated surface.
